Wayward Hearts by Susan Anne Mason


Blurb: Hairstylist Maxi North is living her dream in Manhattan, poised to become junior partner in one of the city’s classiest salons. How we celebrate Christmas!
The ways in which we celebrate Christmas have changed over the years, as our family grew and the children got older. But some of the things remain the same. We attend church on either Christmas Eve or Christmas morning. My husband usually cooks a bacon and egg breakfast, after which we open presents. Then whatever family members are available join us for a traditional Christmas dinner of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots and turnip.
This year is the first year I’m considering cooking something different like a big ham with pineapple instead of turkey. Though I may be forced to have a small sampling of turkey for the die-hard traditionalists! As far as I’m concerned, as long as family members are together, all the rest is icing on the cake!

Wayward Hearts is Susan’s second contemporary romance for White Rose Publishing, releasing on December 5, 2014. Betrayed Hearts, Book 1 in the Rainbow Falls series, released in August, 2014.
Susan lives in a suburb near Toronto, Ontario, Canada, where she works part-time as a church secretary. She is a wife and the mother of two amazing kids, and is a member of American Christian Fiction Writers (ACFW) and Romance Writers of America (RWA).
