  Today is my launch day for “Christmas at Whispering Creek.” Paperback fans will have to wait until December 1 st . I’m excited to share my story with the world. This novel is my first contemporary romance, and my heroine, Samantha, is a breast cancer survivor. I am a breast cancer survivor, too. Praise God! I share about my cancer journey in the back of Samantha and Cole’s story. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so I’m excited that my publisher released the eBook in October. I never dreamed about incorporating breast cancer into a romance novel, but after being contacted by two friends who had breast cancer diagnoses, I thought the idea may touch a lot of women’s lives. I have been cancer-free for several years and I am thankful for each new day God gives me. The verses in this book were ones that I read constantly throughout my treatment.
