Blog Tag. I'm it

I got tagged by Paula Mowery  to answer questions about my latest release. I'm meant to tag five more authors for you to go visit but the last time I tried that it didn't work so I'm not going to. What is the working title of your book ? Well the working title was 12,000 miles to love. As you can see the end title is very different. At one point it was angels from the realms of Sydney. Blurb: On an extended holiday from the UK, John Connington finds himself in Sydney with nowhere to stay. Only a telephone number from a friend of someone his sister works with offering him a place to stay. Trusting that God knows what He’s doing, John rings and asks a total stranger if he can stay. Jo can’t believe the audacity of the man, yet when her flat mate knows of this arrangement there is nothing she can do. She’s not prepared for the avalanche of feelings produced by seeing John. Not impressed by God’s sense of humour she fights how she feels until just before John leaves

Its that time of year again - Nanowrimo

Gold postbox in Henley, to commemorate the rowing winners of the 2012. There are roughly 50 specially painted one scattered up and down the country. Do I look cold? It was cold. 2C and falling. Finally settled around minus one in the end. This will be my 7th year doing nano. Wow. Going for my 7th win. You can find me HERE I've sold my last 3 nano novels actually. 2009 - Season for Miracles. 2010 - Tuesday's Child. 2011- Thursday's Child. And this years is already sold on the synopsis alone. Hence the very brief one on the site. A hero, a heroine, a radio station, lots of coffee, even more flowers... No that wasn't what I sent in, in the book proposal. lol. Thing is I don't plot. Well, not to the extent some authors do. I have a 700 word basis. But in the other 50-80,000 words, anything can and quite often does happen. And if I get stuck. Well then there is my trusty help sheet HERE . Which does give hilarious out takes at times, but can be incredibly u

New release. Callie by Sharon Srock

Blurb: Three dire circumstances. Three desperate prayers. One miracle to save them all. Callie Stillman is drawn to the evasive girl who’s befriended her granddaughter, but the last time Callie tried to help a child, her efforts backfired. Memories of the tiny coffin still haunt her. Samantha and Iris Evans should be worried about homework, not whether they can pool enough cash to survive another week of caring for an infant while evading the authorities. Steve Evans wants a second chance at fatherhood, but his children are missing.  And no one seems to want to help the former addict who deserted his family. For Steve to regain the relationship he abandoned, for his girls to receive the care they deserve, Callie must surrender her fear and rely on God to work the miracle they all need. Extract: Callie Stillman dabbed raindrops from her face with a linen napkin as Benton dodged a server with a loaded tray and took his place across from her. She smiled into her husban
