A Dim Hope by Katie Clark

Putting In the Work A Dim Hope by Katie Clark   Thanks so much for having me! Writing a book can be a lot like living life. If we want a certain result, we have to put in the work. Right? If we want a clean house, we have to actually clean it. If we want to take a trip, we need to save the money to pay for it. Want to learn to sew, play the piano, or draw? Yep, you guessed it. Work. And if we want to get closer to God? That, too, takes work. Amber, the main character in my story A Dim Hope, doesn’t even know the Keeper. She’s heard of Him, but who can understand this mysterious being? Her sister is gravely injured, yet the next day Amber is sent away to be a servant on a scientific expedition. She is devastated at this turn of events, but the trials cause her to dig deeper for answers about the Keeper. Amber isn’t afraid to put in the work, and her determination pays off in big ways! You’ll have to read the story to learn more, but it is my hope that I will also be unafraid ...
