Moonlight and Mystery by Karen Malley

Blurb:   Beth Tarrington has it all: a gorgeous fiancé, a lucrative career, the latest model car, and a high-priced condo. On top of that, the Tarrington name opens every door in town. So why is she so discontent? When everything falls apart in Beth’s life, will she finally find the strength to stand on her own two feet? Is God really willing to stand by her side, even after ignoring Him for so long?    When Jason Brooks meets Beth, his head tells him to run in the opposite direction. Beth is a high-society snob engaged to another man, and he’s not sure where she stands with God. So why does God keep bringing the two of them together? Can these two find love, in spite of everything that stands in their way?   Excerpt:   Beth settled next to Jason on a bench in front of the fountain. Jordan Valley Rescue by Susan Spess

When a woman Cutter rescued from a human trafficking ring, turns up in his barn fearing for her life, he can’t turn her away, but he needs help. Halle Kennedy, the woman he’s loved since they met in elementary school, hears the story and immediately volunteers to stay in Cutter’s cabin with him and this woman until they can help her determine her next step and find her a safe haven. He and Halle come together to teach this woman about God’s unconditional love and lead her to Jesus. The trafficking ring has tortured and killed and now these murderers are coming after her. Cutter realizes he’s drawn a target around Jordan Valley and led the evildoers to the town of family and friends he loves so dearly. Will they be able to stop the evil men before anyone else gets hurt? my review: Another great read from Ms. Spress. Not an easy read at times, as it deals with human sex trafficking. But it has a lovely redemption angle to it, as well as a charming love story. really enjoyed it. BUY...

Agape After All by Katherine Robles

Inspiration   Agape After All  is my most autobiographical novel to date because the root of the plot is based on my first serious boyfriend in college. He played in the worship band, we attended church together, we prayed together, and we both thought we were going to get married someday. He was cute and funny but also manipulative and very jealous. We dated for a year and a  half and it took me way too long to figure out that he was toxic for me. I was (correctly) taught that I should marry a man who shares my faith but I wrongly assumed that if both people are Christians, you're guaranteed to have a healthy relationship. That’s not always the case.  That's  the message I want to convey to readers: not every Christian knows how to have a healthy relationship and it might take some work and some wisdom to get there. Choose your spouse wisely. Agape After All  is set in Hickory Run State Park in PA which is one of my favorite places. M...
